When you submit the service request form, we collect the information you enter in it: your contact details (customer or company name, contact name, phone number and email address), information about the unit and its location, details about the damage and the repair you are requesting, and any photographs you choose to upload.

You do not have to use the form. You can call or text 825-883-5430 instead.

We use this information only to review your request, assess the axle or spindle application, contact you about the work and arrange service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions and uploaded photographs are stored in the database and file storage that run this website, and are accessible to Northwest Axle Spindle staff who handle service requests. Where a repair requires a replacement component or vendor-manufactured axle, the technical details needed to confirm fitment may be shared with the supplier involved.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nwaxlespindle.com or call 825-883-5430 with your name and the phone number or email you used, and we will confirm the request and act on it.
